Vernon Aubrey is the founder of Urban Return and brings more than 28 years of experience across commercial parking, property, valuation, asset management and business development.
His career has given him a practical understanding of parking from both an operational and property-owner perspective, allowing him to look beyond the immediate issue and understand how parking contributes to the wider performance and value of an asset.

Vernon began his career in property as a Registered Valuer before moving into asset management and then the parking industry.
He spent more than two decades with Wilson Parking and Wilson Group, progressing into senior executive leadership, before most recently working as National Parking Manager for Health New Zealand.
His experience spans parking operations, feasibility, commercial property, business development and major parking projects.
